Application of standardized diet intervention on improving children with food allergy |

Abstract Objective To observe the curative effect of standardized diet intervention to improve food allergy(FA)children.Methods A total of 90 cases of FA children admitted to the Second People′s Hospital of Zhaoqing from May to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into experimental group(45 cases)and control group(45 cases)by random number table method.The experimental group was given standardized diet nutrition intervention,and the control group was given conventional diet.Both groups were followed up for 9 months.The effect of improving the clinical symptoms of FA was compared between the two groups,and the changes of height,weight and hemoglobin of children after different dietary interventions were compared.Results After 9 months of follow-up,the total effective rate of FA in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The height,weight and hemoglobin of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized dietary intervention can improve the clinical symptoms and nutritional status of children with food allergy,which has obvious curative effect and is worthy of promotion.
