Abstract Objective To explore the application value of spiral CT scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction technology in Garden classification of femoral neck fracture. Methods Clinical data of 231 patients with femoral neck fracture treated in Fushun Central Hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into experimental group (n=114) and reference group (n=117) according to different diagnostic methods. The reference group underwent X-ray positron radiography, while the experimental group underwent spiral CT scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction technology. The accuracy rate, misdiagnosis rate, missed diagnosis rate, internal fixation of fracture and follow-up results were compared between two groups. Results The accuracy rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group, and the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The rate of osteonecrosis, fracture healing rate and mortality of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Spiral CT scanning and threedimensional reconstruction technology has application value in Garden classification of femoral neck fracture, which can more comprehensively observe the injury of patients with femoral neck fracture and accurately determine the fracture classification, which is conducive to the selection of surgical scheme for clinicians and improve the prognosis.
