Application study of noninvasive dynamic monitoring of brain edema in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage diseases |

Abstract Objective To explore the application of noninvasive dynamic monitoring of brain edema in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage disease.Methods A total of 50 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage disease in Jiangxi Provincial People′s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the observation group (25 cases) and the control group (25 cases) according to the principle of random drawing and grouping methods.The observation group was treated with minimally invasive hematoma removal, and the control group was treated with conservative medical treatment.The comprehensive disturbance coefficient and National Institute of Health stroke scale (NIHSS) score of the two groups were compared.Results With the progress of the disease course,the disturbance coefficient of the affected side in the control group increased and exceeded that of the healthy side, and reached the peak at the third day.The indexes of the affected side in the observation group were lower than those in the same group at the third day, and the indexes of the affected side were higher than those in the same group at the fifth day, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The comprehensive disturbance coefficient of the affected side in the observation group on the third and fifth days were significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the NIHSS scores of the observation group on the 3rd, 5th and 8th days were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Noninvasive dynamic monitoring of brain edema is of great significance in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage diseases.The comprehensive disturbance coefficient changes dynamically with the progress of the course of disease, which can reflect the dynamic changes of edema in the surrounding tissues of patients with intracerebral lesionsm, and it can timely feedback the patient′s situation, improve the treatment effect and improve the prognosis of patients, which is worthy of research and promotion.
