腹腔镜手术联合抗生素治疗盆腔炎的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with antibiotics in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods Fifty patients with pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into control group (25 cases) and study group (25 cases) according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with intravenous drug alone, and patients in the study group were treated with laparoscopic and antibiotic therapy.The normal temperature of the two groups of patients, the normal time of white blood cell recovery, the time of disappearance of abdominal pain, the length of hospital stay, the incidence of pelvic pain, the incidence of menstrual disorders, the incidence of dysmenorrhea and the recurrence rate were compared.Results The normal temperature of the study group was (2.55±0.56) d, the normal time of leukocyte recovery was (2.51±0.41) d, the time of disappearance of abdominal pain was(2.11±0.76) d, and the hospital stay was (6.77±1.21) d.They were shorter than that of the control group (6.53±1.56),(5.36±1.57), (4.79±1.22), (12.23±3.66) d, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The incidence of pelvic pain (4.00%), incidence of menstrual disorders (8.00%), incidence of dysmenorrhea (4.00%), and recurrence rate(4.00%) were lower than that of the control group (36.00%, 24.00%, 20.00%, 40.00%), the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery and drug-only treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease are effective, can cure pelvic inflammatory disease in a short time, and the recurrence rate of the disease is extremely low,and the treatment effect is remarkable.
