| Clinical effect of transverse circular suture of uterus combined with Carboprost Tromethamine in the treatment of hemorrhage during cesarean section |

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of transverse uterus ring binding combined with Carboprost Tromethamine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section.Methods A total of 383 cases cesarean section hemorrhage patients in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected and divided into the control group (admitted to hospital from January to May 2018, 189 cases, received the treatment of uterine gauze ring binding combined with Carboprost Tromethamine) and the observation group (admitted to hospital from June to December 2018, 194 cases, received the treatment of transverse uterus ring binding combined with Carboprost Tromethamine) according to the time of admission.The clinical efficacy, operation time, bleeding time, intraoperative blood transfusion rate, uterine excision rate, intraoperative blood loss, blood loss after delivery in 2 and 24 h, lochia debridement time, length of hospital stay and occurrence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The operation time,hemostasis time and postoperative hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The amount of intraoperative blood loss and the amount of bleeding at 2 and 24 h after operation in the observation group were less than that in the control group (P＜0.05).The intraoperative blood transfusion rate, hysterectomy rate and postoperative complicati on rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of transverse uterus ring binding combined with Carboprost Tromethamine is effective and safe in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage incesarean section with better hemostatic effect, which is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinic.
