Clinical effect of arthroscopy assisted treatment of ankle fractures |

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of arthroscopy assisted treatment of ankle fractures.Methods A total of 64 patients with ankle fractures treated in Shenzhen Bao′an People′s Hospital from April 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into control group (32 cases) and observation group (32 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group received conventional surgery and the observation group received arthroscopyassisted treatment.The surgical indexes,treatment effect and postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in surgical time and fracture healing time between the two groups (P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the length of the surgical mouth was shorter than that in the control group,the incidence rates of traumatic arthritis and articular surface reduction <2 mm were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.63%,which was higher than 50.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopyassisted treatment of ankle fractures can improve various indicators of surgery,improve the treatment effect of patients,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
