| Clinical effect of Bushen Tiaozhou method in the treament of puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding identified as a kidney yin deficiency pattern |

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Tiaozhou method in the treament of puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding identified as a kidney yin deficiency pattern.Methods A total of 94 patients with puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding identified as a kidney yin deficiency pattern admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine.In the observation group,on the basis of the control group,Bushen Tiaozhou method was added.After three menstrual cycles,the treatment effect,menstrual period and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.The follow-up period was six months,and the long-term efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results The total short-term treatment effectiveness was 95.74% in the observation group,compared with 91.49% in the control group,with no statistically significant difference (P＞0.05).The total long-term treatment effectiveness rate in the observation group (91.49%) was higher than that in the control group (72.34%),the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,the menstrual period of the observation group was (5.08±0.87) d,which was shorter than that of the control group of (6.39±1.36) d,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The overall incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.38%,with no statistically significant difference compared with 10.64% in the control group (P＞0.05).Conclusion Bushen Tiaozhou method in the treatment of puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding identified as a kidney yin deficiency patternis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,enhance long-term efficacy,and promote menstrual recovery in great safety.
