Analysis of related influencing factors of relapse in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia after CCLG-2008 |

Abstract Objective To analyze related influencing factors of relapse in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL) children after CCLG-2008.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 677 newly diagnosed children who were given CCLG-2008 chemotherapy regimen during the period from January 2010 to January 2015.According to results of follow-up,they were divided into recurrence group (151 cases) and non-recurrence group (526 cases).Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were performed to analyze risk factors influencing recurrence in ALL children after CCLG-2008 treatment regimen.The main factors influencing recurrence of ALL children were analyzed.Results A total of 677 patients were treated.There were 151 cases with recurrence,with recurrence rate of 22.30%.The proportions of age not less than 10 years old,newly diagnosed white blood cell count more than 100×109/L,bone marrow smear showing M3 on the 15th day,minimal residual lesions greater than 10-4 on the 12th week and high risk level in recurrence group were higher than those in non-recurrence group (P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age not less than 10 years old,newly diagnosed white blood cell count more than 100×109/L,bone marrow smear showing M3 on the 15th day,minimal residual lesions greater than 10-4 on the 12th week and high risk level were independent risk factors influencing recurrence in ALL children(P<0.05).Conclusion Age not less than 10 years old,newly diagnosed white blood cell count more than 100×109/L,bone marrow smear showing M3 on the 15th day,minimal residual lesions greater than 10-4 on the 12th week and high risk level are independent risk factors influencing recurrence in ALL children.
