Clinical application effect of new nursing mode of daily nursing combined with neonatal early education |

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of the new nursing mode of neonatal daily nursing combined with neonatal early education.Methods From October 2017 to October 2018, 60 newborns delivered in our hospital were selected and computer randomly divided into control groups and observation group, 30 cases in each group.The control group was given with daily nursing care.On the basis of the control group, the observation group was given with new nursing model of neonatal early education, the results of head circumference, body mass, height and neonatal neurobehavioral score (NBNA) were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in head circumference, body mass and height between the two groups at birth (P>0.05), but the indexes of the two groups increased 3 months after discharge, but the head circumference, body mass and height of the observation group were greater than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The behavioral ability,passive muscle tension, active muscle tension, original reflex, general reaction score and the total score of NBNA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05)Conclusion The clinical application of the new nursing model of neonatal daily nursing combined with neonatal early education is good, which is beneficial to the development of newborn body and intelligence, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
