Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of pre-hospital emergency safety checklist for patients with chest pain.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020, 60 pre-hospital emergency patients with chest pain admitted to the Department of Emergency of Shangrao People′s Hospital, Jiangxi Province were selected as the research objects.The historical control method was selected for grouping, a total of 30 patients with chest pain from January to August 2019 were selected as the control group, 30 patients with chest pain from September 2019 to January 2020 were set as the observation group.The observation group used pre-hospital emergency safety checklist for chest pain patients(compiled by the research group) to optimize the first aid process, while the control group adopted conventional first aid method.Both groups of patients were given first aid according to the pre-hospital emergency nursing measures formulated by our hospital.The success rate of rescue, satisfaction of patients' family members and emergency treatment time were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group, the success rate of continuous rescue and the total satisfaction of the patients′ family members were higher than those of the control group, and the emergency treatment time was shorter than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of pre-hospital safety checklist can improve the success rate of continuing rescue, shorten the time of pre-hospital first aid, improve patient satisfaction, and is suitable for pre-hospital first aid.
