| Application effect of holistic nursing mode in patients with gallstone surgery |

Abstract Objective To analyze the application effect of holistic nursing mode in patients with gallstone surgery.Methods A total of 94 patients with gallstone surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group (n=47) and the observation group (n=47).The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given holistic nursing based on the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of pain and negative emotion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of physical comfort,psychological comfort,social comfort and environmental comfort were all higher than those in the control group,with statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion It is of high clinical value to adopt holistic nursing for the patients after the operation of gallstones to reduce the degree of postoperative pain and improve the psychological state of the patients
