复方丹参注射液在急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死PCI患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To observe the application effect of Compound Danshen Injection in patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods A total of 60 acute STEMI patients who underwent PCI from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects，and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the mothod of random control，30 cases in the each group. Both groups were given routine clinical treatment，on this basis，the experimental group was given Compound Danshen Injection. Renal function indexes，including serum creatinine (SCr)，estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR)，the incidence of contrast nephropathy (CIAKI) were compared and analyzed between the two groups before surgery and after surgery at 3 days. Coronary blood flow grading (TIMI grading)，cardiac function indexes，including ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)，left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD) and left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVESD)，each index of cardiac (SVI)，NT-pro BNP were analyzed and compared between the two groups after 7 days of the treatment. Results After treatment，the level of SCr of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group，the level of eGFR of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group，and the incidence of CIAKI of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group，the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The TIMI grading of coronary blood flow in the experimental group was better than that in the control group，the differences was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Cardiac function indexes were improved in both groups，but the LVEF and SVI in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group，while LVEDD and LVESD in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The indexes of NT-pro BNP in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group，the differences was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of acute STEMI after PCI，Compound Danshen Injection can reduce CIAKI，protect renal function and improve cardiac function.
