盆底超声在女性患者盆底功能障碍性疾病中的应用及临床意义

Abstract Objective To investigate the application and clinical significance of pelvic floor ultrasound in female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods A total of 32 female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction treated in our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the study group. At the same time，30 female patients with non-pelvic floor dysfunction were selected as the control group. The patients in the two groups were given pelvic floor ultrasound respectively. the transverse diameter of (N)，anal levator muscle foramen and posterior diameter (M).Thickness of pubic visceral muscle (C)，area of foramen foramen of levator anal muscle (A) and the angle between the left and right branches of the levator anal muscle (γ) of ultrasound at the resting state，anus contraction state and Valsalva state were compared between the two groups. Results The N and M of the study group at the resting state，anus contraction state and Valsalva state were longer than those of the control group，the C of the study group at the resting state，anus contraction state and Valsalva state was thicker than that of the control group，the A and γ of the study group at the resting state，anus contraction state and Valsalva state were larger than those of the control group，and the difference were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Pelvic floor ultrasound can provide timely and effective information support for the diagnosis and treatment of female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction. It is beneficial to formulate targeted treatment measures and has high application value.
