| Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with urinary system disease complicated with diabetes |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on patients with urinary system disease and diabetes(DM).Methods A total of 62 patients with urinary system diseases and DM who were admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures;the study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention,and the satisfaction of nursing service,selfrating anxiety(SAS)and depression scale(SDS)score,fasting and two-hour postprandial blood sugar control between the two groups were compared.Results The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group(93.55%)was higher than that in the control group(83.87%),with statistical difference(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05),SAS and SDS scores after intervention in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and SAS and SDS scores after intervention in the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The quality of life score of the study group after intervention was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05);the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention,and the fasting blood glucose,2 hours blood sugar of the study group after intervention were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the implementation of comprehensive nursing measures for patients with urinary system diseases and DM can effectively help patients control blood sugar indicators,improve their clinical symptoms,alleviate bad psychological mood,and deepen the knowledge of health care and grasp.It is of great significance to improve their condition and quality of life through self-control in daily life.
