Abstract Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing in postpartum hemorrhage of pregnant women with hypertensive syndrome complicating pregnancy.Methods From January 2014 to January 2017,100 pregnant women with postpartum hemorrhage complicating hypertension syndrome during pregnancy in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,the observation group was treated with high quality nursing.The amount of postpartum bleeding,postpartum hemostasis time,sleep time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Delivery in observation group The amount of bleeding at 2,24 hours after gynaecology of delivery in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hemostasis time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the sleep time was significantly longer than that of the control group,the PSQI score was lower than that of the control group,and the final nursing satisfaction was much higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The high quality nursing is helpful to stop bleeding,reduce the amount of bleeding,improve the sleep quality of the pregnant women with hypertension syndrome complicating pregnancy,and can greatly improve the satisfaction of the patients with nursing.
