冠心丹参滴丸对不稳定型心绞痛患者疗效及血清一氧化氮、白细胞介素-6的影响

Abstract Objective To observe the influence of Guanxin Danshen Dropping Pills on the curative effect and nitric oxide and interleukin-6 content in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods All of 217 patients treated in the First People′s Hospital of Ningyang County from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the treatment group(122 cases)and control group(95 cases)according to the random grouping method.The treatment group was treated with basic treatment and Guanxin Danshen Dropping Pills,while the control group was treated with basic treatment.The changes of the seattle angina scale(SAQ),the Canadian cardiovascular society score (CCS),and the levels of NO and IL-6 were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SAQ score in patients between the two groups(P>0.05).After 14,21 and 28 days of treatment,the SAQ scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,with significant differences(P<0.05);after 14,21 and 28 days of treatment,the SAQ score of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the CCS score in patients between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the CCS scores of the two groups after 14,21 and 28 days of treatment were lower than those before treatment,with significant differences(P<0.05);the CCS score of the treatment group after 14,21 and 28 days of treatment was lower than that of the control group,with significant differences (P<0.05).The NO content in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group after 21,28 days of treatment,with significant differences (P<0.05),and the IL-6 content in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after 14,21 and 28 days of treatment,with significant differences(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between NO content and SAQ score(r=0.68,P=0.01),and a negative correlation between IL-6 content and SAQ score(r=-0.55,P=0.02).Conclusion Guanxin Danshen Dropping Pills can improve the curative effect of angina pectoris and the quality of life.Its mechanism may be related to improving endothelial function and reducing the content of IL-6.
