| Application effect of Doula accompanied delivery in natural parturient women |

Abstract Objective To analyze the application effect of using guided music to accompany childbirth during the natural delivery process.Methods A total of 80 cases of natural parturient admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to April 2018 were randomly selected as research objects and were divided into observation group and reference group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group received routine care,while the observation group was given Doula accompanied delivery.The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The pain grading during the incubation period,active period and the second stage of labor of the observation group were better than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After the nursing,the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)of the observation group was (33.53±8.42)points,lower than before nursing([59.14±3.36]points)and reference group ([43.67±7.68]points),the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total labor duration of the observation group([9.13±1.24]h)was shorter than that of the reference group([11.23±1.12]h),the postpartum blood loss of the observation group ([292.65±67.51]ml)was less than that of the reference group([331.47±39.24]ml),the cesarean section rate of the observation group(12.5%)was lower than that of the reference group(40.0%),the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the process of maternal natural childbirth,the use of guided music to accompany childbirth can reduce maternal adverse emotions,shorten the labor process,reduce maternal labor pain and cesarean section rate,and improve maternal and child prognosis.
