AbstractObjective To explore the application effect of systematic rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of humeral surgical neck fracture. Methods Eighty patients with humeral surgical neck fracture admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from June 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into routine nursing group and systematic rehabilitation nursing group, with 40 cases in each group. The routine nursing group was treated with manipulative reduction and modified over-shoulder splint fixation, after operation, the patients were treated with small splint fixation, postural nursing and dietary nursing. On this basis, the systematic rehabilitation nursing group cooperated with rehabilitation training guidance and psychological nursing. The shoulder Constant-Murley score (C-M score),fracture healing time and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The C-M scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, and the C-M scores of the systemic rehabilitation nursing group after nursing were higher than those of the conventional nursing group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The healing time of fracture in the systemic rehabilitation nursing group was(7.80±1.56)weeks,which was shorter than (9.68±1.33)weeks in the routine nursing group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the systematic rehabilitation nursing group was 85.60%,which was higher than 78.50%of the routine nursing group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic rehabilitation nursing for the treatment of humeral surgical neck fracture can effectively improve the clinical efficacy, shorten the healing time of fracture, and improve the patient's nursing satisfaction.
