Analysis of serum vitamin A and E levels in pregnant women during different pregnancy periods |

Abstract Objective To analyze the detection Results of serum vitamin A and E levels in pregnant women at different gestational stages.Methods All of 856 women of different gestational stages received in outpatient department of our hospital from July 2015 to April 2017 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into the early pregnancy group(n=236),mid-pregnancy group(n=309),late pregnancy group(n=311)according to different gestational stages.Serum vitamin A and E levels were detected in all three groups,and the results were analyzed and compared.Results The serum vitamin A level in early pregnancy group was lower than that in mid-pregnancy group (P<0.05),there was no difference between early pregnancy group and late pregnancy group (P>0.05),the serum vitamin A level in late pregnancy group was lower than that in mid-pregnancy group (P<0.05).The serum vitamin E level in early pregnancy group was lower than that in mid-pregnancy group (P<0.05),the serum vitamin E level in early pregnancy group was lower than that in late pregnancy group (P<0.05),and the serum vitamin E level in late pregnancy group was higher than that in mid-pregnancy group (P<0.05).The abnormal rate of serum vitamin A level in early pregnancy group was not different from that in mid-pregnancy group(P>0.05),the abnormal rate of serum vitamin A level in early pregnancy group was different from that in late pregnancy group (P<0.05),and the abnormal rate of serum vitamin A level in late pregnancy group was higher than that in mid-pregnancy group(P<0.05).The abnormal rate of serum vitamin E level in the early pregnancy group was different from that in the middle and late pregnancy group (P<0.05),and the abnormal rate of serum vitamin E level in the late pregnancy group was different from that in the mid-pregnancy group(P<0.05).The abnormal rate of serum vitamin E level in late pregnancy group was higher than that in early and mid-pregnancy group (P<0.05).Conclusion Serum vitamin A and E levels of pregnant women in different gestational stages are different.With the increase of gestational weeks,vitamin A is deficient,and vitamin E is excessive.In order to effectively guarantee the safety of pregnant women and fetuses,it is necessary to strengthen clinical testing and timely and reasonable supplementation.
