益气化痰法治疗高血压的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tonifying Qi and Phlegm therapy in the treatment of hypertension.Methods From May 2017 to August 2018,88 patients with hypertension in our hospital were selected as the object of study and patients were divided into control group (n=44)and test group (n=44)according to computer grouping method.The control group was treated with routine western medicine.On the basis of this,the test group increased Tonifying Qi and Phlegm therapy.The clinical symptom score,blood pressure level,blood lipid level,internal carotid artery hemodynamics index,incidence rate of adverse reactions and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Resluts The clinical symptom score and blood pressure level of the test group were significantly lower than the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05）.The test group had cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein,end-diastolic flow velocity and systole,the peak flow rate,intravascular-medial thickness was lower than that of the control group,and high-density lipoprotein was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05）.Both groups had mild nausea,dizziness,facial flushing and other adverse reactions,effective mitigation after proper treatment.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05）.The total effective rate of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05）.Conclusion The method of Tonifying Qi and Phlegm can not only improve the clinical symptoms,blood pressure and blood lipid level,but also relieve the internal carotid artery hemodynamics,improve the effect of carotid protection,and be used in clinical treatment.The adverse reaction is less,the safety is high,the clinical treatment effect is remarkable,it is worth popularizing.
