参芪瓜蒌薤白半夏汤、消渴汤联合西药治疗气阴两虚兼痰瘀互结型冠心病合并糖尿病的效果

Abstract Objective To study the influence of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine on the life quality and related physical and chemical indexes in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes with type deficiency of both qi and yin and intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes with type deficiency of both qi and yin and intermingled phlegm and blood stasis treated in our hospital from January 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the research object.The patients were divided into the Western Medicine group (n=60)and integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine group(combination group,n=60)according to the random number table method.The Western Medicine group was treated with Metformin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablets combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate Tablets,while the combination group was treated with Shenqi Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction and XiaoKe Decoction on the basis of the Western Medicine.The fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,total cholesterol,three glycerol,blood pressure and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement of fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride,blood pressure and quality of life score in the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The improvement degree of fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,total cholesterol,three triglyceride,blood pressure and quality of life score of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the western medicine group and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine treatment can improve the quality of life and achieve good clinical effect and control the development of the coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes.
