Effect comparison of the diluent Propofol and high concentration Propofol on painless induced abortion |

Abstract Objective To observe the efficacy,side effects and dosage of diluent Propofol(0.5%)and high concentration Propofol(1%)for painless induced abortion so as to discuss the superiority of the concentration of two narcotic drugs.Methods From August 2016 to July 2017,100 cases of early pregnancy women who voluntarily requested painless artificial abortion were randomly divided into diluted Propofol group (0.5%concentration,Propofol 200 mg/20 ml+normal saline 20 ml,referred to as the observation group).High concentration Propofol group (1%concentration,Propofol 200 mg/20 ml,no dilution,referred to as the control group),50 cases in each group,the anesthetic effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of blood pressure decreased significantly,the incidence of heart rate decreased significantly in the operation,the incidence of oxygen saturation decreased significantly in the operation in the observation group were less than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),the average dosage of Propofol in the observation group surgery was less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the incidence of obvious injection pain when Propofol injection in the observation group surgery was less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),In the observation group,the time from the end of drug injection to the wake-up time and the time from the end of drug injection to the recovery of free walking were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of intraoperative and postoperative adverse reactions and operation time (P<0.05).Conclusion Application of Propofol in painless induced abortion operations has the advantages of stable hemodynamics,low incidence of injection pain and respiratory depression,less Propofol dosage,and shorter recovery time,which can achieve an ideal anesthesia effect.
