糖尿病白内障患者的临床手术治疗时机与治疗效果分析

Abstract Objective To analyze the optimal time of clinical surgery for patients with diabetic cataract and its therapeutic effect.Methods From April to November in 2017,168 patients suffering from diabetic cataract treated in the Bayuquan Bohai Aier Eye Hospital,Yingkou City were selected as research objects.According to different time points of the surgeries,they were divided into three groups,group A(n=72)had cataract surgery when fasting blood glucose＜5.9 mmol/L),group B(n=66)had cataract surgery when fasting blood glucose ranging from 6.0 mmol/L to 7.0 mmol/L,and group C(n=30)had cataract surgery when fasting blood glucose maintaining 7.1-8.0 mmol/L.Vision recovery before and after treatment was compared in all patients.The occurrence of complications among three groups was analyzed.Results The vision were all improved after surgeries in all patients compared with that before treatment,with a significant difference(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in group C(86.67%)was higher than that in group A and B,with statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusion Surgical treatment for diabetic cataract patients should select an appropriate timing based on the fasting blood glucose level,which can effectively improve the vision and reduce the incidence of complications.
