经腹与经阴道超声诊断宫颈囊肿漏诊的原因及临床意义

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the missed diagnosis causes and clinical significance of transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of cervical cyst.Methods270 cases of cervical cyst patients treated in our hospital from August 2014 to February 2017 were selected as the research objects by random envelope sampling method.The patients were diagnosed by abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound,and the prevalence and misdiagnosis were recorded.ResultsThe bdominal and transvaginal ultrasound respectively to detect cervical cyst were 256 cases and 260 cases,the detection rates were 94.8%and 96.3%,there were no significant difference (P>0.05).There were 14 cases and 10 cases of missed diagnosis of cervical cyst by transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound,the rate of missed diagnosis was 5.2%and 3.7%,without significant difference(P>0.05).ConclusionTransabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound are effective and accurate method in the early diagnosis of cervical cyst,but there are some missed diagnosis.It is necessary to adopt various diagnostic methods according to the condition of the disease.
