Correlation study between glycosylated hemoglobin and urine microalbumin,and biochemical indexes in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy |

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between urinary microalbumin (U-mAlb),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and biochemical parameters in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy (2-DN)in order to provide experience for clinical treatment of 2-DN.Methods100 patients who underwent health examination in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as control group,and 100 patients with 2-DN were selected as observation group.In addition,the patients in observation group were divided into normal albumin (NAU)group,microalbuminuria (MAU)group and clinical albuminuria (CAU)group according to the urinary microalbuminuria excretion rate.The urinary microalbuminuria,glycated hemoglobin and biochemical indexes of the two groups were detected,and the relationship between microalbuminuria,glycated hemoglobin and biochemical indexes of the patients in observation group was discussed.Resultstriglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),fasting blood glucose(FBG),U-mAlb and HbA1c in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while HDL-C was significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).TG,TC,LDL-C,FBG and HbA1c in NAU group were significantly higher than those in CAU group and MAU group (P<0.05).TG,TC,LDL-C,FBG and HbA1c in MAU group were significantly lower than those in CAU group (P<0.05).ConclusionIn 2-DN patients,U-mAlb and HbA1c were correlated with biochemical parameters,and there is a positive correlation between U-mAlb and biochemical parameters.
