多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺治疗慢性心力衰竭合并肾功能不全的效果观察

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Dopamine combined with Dobutamine in the treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with renal insufficiency.MethodsA total of 60 patients with chronic heart failure complicated with renal insufficiency admitted in our hospital from February 2014 to September 2016 were selected as subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random distribution,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs.The observation group was treated with Dopamine and Dobutamine.The effects of treatment,adverse reactions and the left ventricular diastolic(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate in the observation group(93.33%)was higher than that in the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients with heart and kidney function(P>0.05).After treatment,the LVEDD and BUN were lower than before treatment in both groups,the LVEF was higher than before the treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The LVEDD and BUN of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the LVEF was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(6.67%)was lower than that in the control group(26.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical effect of Dopamine combined with Dobutamine in the treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with renal insufficiency is significant,which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
