中心吸痰装置在肠吻合术后肠瘘负压引流护理中的应用

Abstract Objective To analyze the effect of central suction device in nursing of patients with intestinal fistula after negative pressure drainage after intestinal anastomosis.Methods Eighty patients with intestinal fistula who underwent enteroanastomosis from August 2015 to July 2017 were selected and grouped according to a single and double number of visits.With single number were observed group,and with double number were control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was drained by drainage tube,and the observation group was received continuous negative pressure drainage with central suction device.The recovery time,incidence of wound infection,frequency of dressing change and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The exhaust time,extubation time,healing time and length of stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05）.The incidence of incision infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in the scores of social function,psychological function,physical function and material life between the two groups before nursing(P＞0.05）.The scores of social function,psychological function and physical function of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group after nursing，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of material life between the two groups after nursing(P＞0.05）.Conclusion The central suction device can effectively shorten the recovery time and reduce the infection and improve the quality of life in the nursing of intestinal fistula negative pressure drainage after intestinal anastomosis.
