Comparision of application value of B ultrasound imaging technology and X-ray imaging technology in the diagnosis of hydronephrosis |

Abstract Objective To investigate the diagnostic efficacy of B ultrasound imaging technology and X-ray imaging technology in hydronephrosis.Methods From January 2017 to March 2018,93 cases of hydronephrosis were randomly selected in our hospital.All patients were diagnosed by clinical observation and urography.They were subjected to B ultrasound imaging technology and X respectively.Line imaging technology diagnosis,observation and comparison of the two diagnostic methods of disease detection rate and cause of judgment accuracy.Results The detection rate of renal sinus separation≤1.0 cm and renal sinus separation 1.1-2.0 cm were respectively 96.97%and 94.87%in B-mode ultrasonography,which were higher than X-ray imaging techniques 75.78%and 79.49% (P<0.05).The positive detection rate of sinus≥2.1 cm in imaging techniques and X-ray imaging techniques was 95.24%and 90.48%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two methods (P>0.05).In terms of etiological diagnosis,B-ultrasound imaging technology was used to expand the ureters.The detection rates of kidney stones and ureteral stones were 93.10%,94.44%,and 92.86%,respectively,which were higher than those in the X-ray imaging techniques (86.21%,86.11%,and 85.71%),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the process of diagnosis of hydronephrosis diseases,B-mode ultrasound imaging technology plays an important role.Its detection rate is high and its image features are obvious.It provides an effective basis for follow-up treatment,but it must be done in conjunction with the actual situation of patients to do a good job in return visits,improve diagnostic accuracy.
