Comparison of analgesic effect and safety between Dezocine and Penta‐zocine combined with Ropivacaine after cesarean section |

Abstract Objective To compare the analgesic effect and safety between Dezocine and Pentazocine combined with Ropivacaine after cesarean section.Methods A total of 100 pregnant women with the full term singleton for the first cesarean section under spinal and spinal anesthesia from March 2017 to March 2018 in Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as objects and the patient-controlled analgesia(PCA)was given after the operation.They were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 50 cases in each group.Group A was given the Dezocine combined with Ropivacaine,and Group B was given the Pentazocine combined with Ropivacaine.The analgesic effect and the number of PCA pressed at 2,6,12,24,48 h after surgery,and the total rate of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results There were no significant differences in numerical rating scale(NRS)scores and the number of effective PCA compressions at 2,6,12,24,and 48 h after surgery between two groups (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The analgesic effect of Dezocine and Pentazocine is similar,with fewer adverse reactions and effective safety.
