Clinical effect of Oxygen-driven Salbutamol Sulfate Inhalation Solution and Ipratropium Bromide Solution in the treatment of children with asthma |

Abstract Objective To study the clinical effect of Oxygen-driven Salbutamol Sulfate Inhalation Solution and Ipratropium Bromide Solution in the treatment of children with asthma.Methods A total of 140 children with asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected randomly as objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random synthetic sequential method,70 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Oxygen-driven Salbutamol Inhalation Solution and Ipratropium Bromide Solution.The rate of total effective and adverse reactions,lung function index,the scores of sleep quality and life quality were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(98.57%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of adverse reactions in the observation group(1.43%)was lower than that in the control group (17.14%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The forced expiratory volume in one second,forced vital capacity and peak expiratory flow rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of sleep quality in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the score of life quality was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxygen-driven Salbutamol Inhalation Solution and Ipratropium Bromide Solution have significant clinical effect in the treatment of children with asthma,which can improve the lung function indexes of children and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.The safety and reliability are high,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
