西吡氯铵含漱液在牙龈炎治疗中的效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Cetylpyridnium Chloride Gargle in the treatment of gingivitis.Methods A total of 74 cases of patients with gingivitis treated in our hospital from March 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the subjects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into the observation group (n=37)and the control group (n=37).The control group was treated with the Compound Chlorhexidine Gargle,and the observation group was treated with the Cetyly ridniwm Chioride Gargle.The plaque index(PLI),gingival index(GI),and total effective rate of treatment were compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in PLI index before treatment between two groups (P>0.05).The PLI on the 1st,4th,and 7thdays after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The PLI of the observation group on the 1st,4thand 7thdays after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in GI before treatment between two groups(P>0.05).The GI on the 1st,4th,and 7thdays after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The GI of the observation group on the 1st,4thand 7thday after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Cetylpyridnium Chloride Gargle in the treatment of gingivitis can play an important role in the inhibition of plaque formation and the improvement of gingivitis.Therefore,its clinical value is significant.
