早期心理护理干预对老年慢性心衰患者心理状态的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of early psychological nursing intervention on the mental state in elderly patients with chronic heart failure (CHF).Methods A total of 80 CHF patients in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 here selected.According to different hospitalization time,they were equally divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.In the control group,routine nursing was used,while in the observation group,early psychological nursing intervention was adopted.The changes of psychological status before and after nursing in CHF patients in the two groups were compared.The psychological state of the patients was scored using the anxiety and depression scales,and the nursing satisfaction was compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in psychological scores between the two groups(P＞0.05）.After nursing,the psychological status of the two groups were both improved,but better in the observation group,which was displayed a statistical difference after inter-group comparison,the differencewasstatistically sighificant(P<0.05）.The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group accounting for 70.00%,the difference was statistically sighificant(P<0.05）.Conclusion Theapplication of early nursingintervention hasapositive effect on improvingthepsychological state of elderly CHF patients,and can significantly enhance the mental stress of patients in a broad prospect.
