Abstract Objective To study the application effect of detail nursing in nursing care of patients with fixed correction.Methods From July 2016 to July 2017,200 patients who underwent orthodontic fixation in our hospital were selected as the research data.The patients were divided into two groups according to the digital randomization method,100 cases in each group.The control group was received routine fixed correction nursing measures,the study group was used details of care.Two groups of patients with the effect and safety of care were compared.Results The total incidence of adverse events in the study group was 3% (3 cases),the incidence of adverse events in the control group was 28%(28 cases),and the incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05）.The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97% (97 cases).The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 81%(81 cases).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05）.Conclusion Nursing care can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events such as enamel demineralization,loose brackets,gingivitis and dental caries during fixed orthodontic treatment,improve nursing safety,improve nursing effect and nursing satisfaction in the fixed correction of patient care to promote the application.
