阴道彩色多普勒超声在早期异位妊娠诊断中的临床价值

Abstract Objective To analyze the clinical value of vaginal color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy.MethodsFrom May 2016 to May 2017,86 cases early ectopic pregnancy patients diagnosed by clinical detection and postoperative pathological examination in our hospital were selectedas the research object,and used an abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal color doppler ultrasound diagnosis.The two methods of diagnosis of disease diagnosis accuracy were analyzed,and the diagnosis time and showed pregnant bursa were compared,the two typical of ultrasonic imaging diagnostic methods of disease inspection results were analyzed.Results The diagnosis accuracy rate was 95.35%in diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy by vaginal color doppler ultrasonography,which was higher than that of abdominal ultrasound diagnosis for 73.26%,the difference was statistically significiant(P＜0.05).Transvaginal color doppler ultrasound diagnosis diagnosis time,display gestation sac time were significantly shorter than the abdominal ultrasound diagnosis,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Transvaginal color doppler ultrasound examination area of the accessory bag piece,the original cardiovascular cardiac germs jump,pelvic cavity accumulates fluid,reflection and false pregnancy sac in uterus of the more typical of ultrasonic imaging inspection rate were obviously higher than those of the typical abdominal ultrasound diagnosis,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal color doppler ultrasound diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy diagnostic accurate rate is higher,increase the rate of clinical typical of ultrasonic imaging examination,clinical diagnosis is of great significance for early ectopic pregnancy.
