配偶双方同步认知疗法对乳腺癌患者化疗期间负性情绪和自我效能的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of concurrent cognitive therapy of spouse on negative emotions and selfefficacy of breast cancer patients during chemotherapy.Methods A total of 100 breast cancer patients hospitalized during chemotherapy in our hospital from May 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into group A (odd number)and group B(even number),with 50 cases in each group by using the odd-even sorting grouping method.Patients in group A received concurrent cognitive therapy from both spouses before chemotherapy until the end of chemotherapy,while patients in group B received routine care during chemotherapy.The negative emotions,self-efficacy,chemotherapy compliance,drug side effects,upper limb edema and sensory abnormalities were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of self-efficacy between the two groups （P>0.05）.After the intervention,the self-efficacy scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the self-efficacy scores of the patients in group A were higher than those in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of drug side effects,upper limb edema and upper limb sensory abnormality in group A were significantly lower than those in group B,while the scores of compliance with chemotherapy in group A were higher than those in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups （P>0.05）.After the intervention,the negative emotion score of group A was significantly lower than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation factor analysis was carried out on the total self-efficacy score,four dimensions score and negative emotion score of breast cancer patients in group A during chemotherapy,the results showed that the total self-efficacy score,nutrition,reha-bilitation exercise,psychological well-being and health responsibility were all negatively correlated with negative emotion （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Concurrent cognitive therapy of both spouses has a positive effect on breast cancer patients during chemotherapy,which helps to resolve negative emotions,improve the self-efficacy of patients,at the same time help to relieve the psychological pressure of spouses and improve their care ability,so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
