Clinical observe of Kushen Decoction combined with narrow-band ultraviolet in chronic generalized eczema |

Abstract Objective To observe the efficacy of Kushen Decoction combined with Narrow-band Ultraviolet B(NB-UVB)in chronic generalized eczema and effect in helper T lymphocyte (Th),immunity.Methods A total of 72 patients with chronic generalized eczema from August 2015 to August 2017 were selected and randomized into control group and therapy group with random number table method,36 cases in each group,and all patients taken irradiateing NB-UVB and smearing with Chushi zhiyang ointment,and patients in therapy group taken Kushen Decoction bath in additional,and course of treatment was 28 days,and levels of Th1,Th2 and Th1/Th2 were observed and levels of Interleu kin-2 (IL-2)and interferon (IFN-γ)were contrasted before and after treatment,curative effect and adverse reaction were observed.Results Levels of h1,Th2,Th1/Th2,IL-2 and IFN-γ were no statistical different in two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and levels of Th1,Th2 were decreasing and Th1/Th2 was increasing after treatment,and differences were significative in statistics(P<0.05),and levels of Th1,Th2 were lower and Th1/Th2 was higher in therapy group than in control group after treatment,the differences were significative in statistics (P<0.05).Levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ were decreasing after treatment in two group after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05),levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ were lower in therapy group than in control group after treatment,the differences were significative in statistics (P<0.05),clinical efficiency was 97.2%in therapy group and was 75.00%in control group,and clinical efficiency was higher in therapy group than in control group (P<0.05).And incidence rate of adverse reaction that was urning,tingling,dizziness,nausea was no difference between control group and therapy group(P>0.05).Conclusion Kushen Decoction combined with Narrow-band Ultraviolet could adjust Th cell immune in chronic generalized eczema,and improve curative effect,and had well clinical effect.
