多感官刺激对阿尔茨海默病患者兴奋激越症状及生活质量的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the effects of multi-sensory stimulation on the symptoms of excitatory agitation and quality of life in the patients with Alzheimer′s disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with Alzheimer′s disease who were admitted to the Third People′s Hospital of Meizhou City and Psychiatric Hospital of Bureau of Civil Affairs of Guangzhou Municipality from April 2016 to March 2017 were selected by the continuous sampling method.The patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional medical treatment.On this basis,the research group was further given multi-sensory stimulation such as music therapy and touch therapy.The effects of the two groups of treatment on improving symptoms of excitatory agitation(BPRS)and improving the quality of life in the patients with Alzheimer′s disease were compared.Results After the intervention,the excitatory agitation and quality of life scores were significantly improved in both groups.The MMSE and BPRS scores in the research group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The Alzheimer′s Disease Quality of Life Scale (QOL-AD)score in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Multisensory stimulation not only improves the symptoms of patients,but also greatly improves the patients′living conditions,effectively reduces patients′mortality rate and ensures their quality of life.It can also directly reduce the economic burden on the patient′s family and the mental stress of the caregiver.
