注射用胸腺法新防治维持性血液透析患者感染的临床观察

Abstract Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Thymalfasin for injection on incidence of infections in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods From January 2015 to December 2016,60 patients treated with maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital were selected as objects,and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment.The patients in the observation group were treated with the Thymalfasin for injection on the basis of treatment in the control group,1.6 mg each time,subcutaneous injection,2 times a week for one year.The incidence of infections,the time of intravenous antibiotics,the incidence of serious complications and the nutritional status of the two groups in 1 year were compared.Results The incidence of infections,the time of intravenous antibiotics,the incidence of serious complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of hemoglobin and albumin in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Thymalfasin for injection can prevent and treat the infections in maintenance hemodialysis patients effectively.
