全程心理护理干预在腰硬联合麻醉患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of whole course psychological nursing intervention on patients with combined spinal and hard anesthesia.Methods A total of 120 surgical patients who underwent combined spinal and epidural anesthesia in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases in each group by random number table method.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing while patients in the observation group were given psychological nursing intervention in the whole course.The stress response and patient satisfaction during the operation were compared between the two groups.Results Before the online translation intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups in systolic blood pressure and heart rate(P＞0.05).After the intervention,the systolic blood pressure and heart rate indexes of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention.Moreover,the indexes of systolic blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).After the intervention,the concentrations of adrenaline and norepinephrine in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention.Moreover,the concentrations of epinephrine and norepinephrine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion the whole psychological nursing intervention for patients undergoing combined spinal epidural anesthesia can relieve stress response during perioperative period,maintain stability of vital signs and improve patient satisfaction.
