无创呼吸机辅助治疗呼吸衰竭的临床效果及可行性分析

Abstract Objective To study the efficacy and feasibility of noninvasive ventilator assisted treatment for respiratory failure.MethodsSixty-eight patients with respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected,and their related clinical manifestations were reviewed.Thirty patients who were treated with conventional drugs were taken as the control group,and 38 patients who were treated with non-invasive ventilator as the observation group.By observing and comparing heart rate (P),breathing frequency(R),arterial blood oxygen partial pressure(PaO2),blood oxygen saturation (SPO2),arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2),forced vital capacity(FVC),forced breathing volume (FEV1)and FEV1%,the therapeutic effect and feasibility of the two groups were studied.Results After treatment,the indexes of P,R,and PaCO2in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the indexes of PaO2and SPO2were significantly higher than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Pulmonary function indexes of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The non-invasive ventilator used in the treatment of respiratory failure,the treatment effect is good,and promote the rapid improvement of clinical symptoms,and significantly improve the treatment effect,suitable for popularization and application.
