AbstractObjective To investigate the effect of auricular point buried bean combined with acupoint massage in vertigo. Methods A total of 174 patients with vertigo(yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome)in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 87 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine therapy and emotional nursing, while the observation group was treated with auricular point embedding combined with acupoint massage on the basis of the control group, and 2 weeks were a course of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention, the systolic and diastolic pressure of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Buried beans with auricular points combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of vertigo patients with yin-deficiency and yang-hyperactivity syndrome has better effects, easier operation, easier acceptance and less toxic, and is worth using in clinical practice.
