珍保康医用抗菌凝胶Ⅲ型联合罗红霉素治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床研究

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zhenbaokang Antibacterial Gel TypeⅢcombined with roxithromycin in the treatment of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis.Methods A total of 356 patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis who were admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to March 2017 were selected as study subjects,and divided into control group (178 cases)and observation group (178 cases)by radom table method.The control group was treated with Roxithromycin capsules.The observation group was combined with the Zhenbaokang Medical antibacterial Gel for anal treatment on the basis of the control group.The NIH-CPSI scores,the item scores and effictive rates of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in pain or discomfort score,urination symptom score,quality of life score,and total score before treatment between the two groups(P＞0.05).Pain or discomfort score,urination symptom score,total score in the treatment group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score was higher in the treatment group than that in the control group (P＜0.05).The effective rate in the treatment group (94.9%)was higher than that in the control group(56.7%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Zhenbaokang Medical Antibacterial Gel combined with Roxithromycin treatment of chronic prostatitis can help improve the symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life and efficacy of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
