| Clinical effect of Trimetazidine combined with Tongxinluo Capsules in treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with chronic heart failure |

Abstract Objective To observe the clinical effect of Trimetazidine combined with Tongxinluo Capsules in treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods 104 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with CHF treated by our hospital from June 2013 to June 2016 were selected and they were randomly divided into two groups,each group had 52 cases.The control group was treated with routine treatment of coronary heart disease,regular anti-heart failure treatment and oral Trimetazidine treatment.The treatment group was treated with Tongxinluo capsules on the basis of the control group.The treatment of two groups lasted for 6 months.The improvement in cardiac function,left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(SBP),6 minutes walking distance before and after treatment and the incidence rate of adverse reaction in two groups were observed,and the change in hematuria routine,liver and kidney hematuria function and electrolyte index were monitored.Results The total effective rate for the improvement in cardiac function in the treatment group(94.23%)was higher than that of the control group(78.85%), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).LVEDD,LVESD,LVEF,HR,SBP and 6 minutes walking distance of two groups after treatment were improved compared with before treatment,before and after treatment were statistically significant(P＜0.05),and the improvement of treatment group was more obvious,compared with the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).No significant adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with Tongxinluo Capsules in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with CHF is safe and effective.
