星状神经节阻滞联合耳后甲泼尼龙注射治疗突发性耳聋的临床研究

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of stellate ganglion block combined with retroauricular Methylprednisolone injection in the treatment of sudden deafness.MethodsFrom November 2015 to November 2016,80 patients with sudden deafness treated in our hospital were enrolled.According to the degree of hearing impairment,they were evenly divided into the control group and the observation group in random,40 cases in each group.In the control group,conventional treatment including retroauricular methylprednisolone injection,vasodilator to improve microcirculation drug,and neurotrophic drug was used.In the observation group,stellate ganglion block combined with retroauricular Methylprednisolone injection was applied.After therapy,the clinical effect in the two groups was compared.ResultsThere was no significant difference in the average hearing threshold before treatment between the two groups(P＞0.05).After therapy,the threshold was improved in both groups,which was more significant in the observation group(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effectiveness rate in the observation group was significantly higher(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.0%,which was lower than that of the control group(22.5%),with significant difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionFor the patients with sudden deafness,combination of stellate ganglion block and retroauricular Methylprednisolone injection can remarkably improve the overall therapeutic effect of sudden deafness.
