| Clinical effect of Liuwei Dihuang Pills combined with Aripiprazole in the treatment of male schizophrenia and its influence on sexual function of male patients |

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of Liuwei Dihuang Pills combined with Aripiprazole in the treatment of male schizophrenia and its influence on sexual function of male patients.MethodsFrom January 2015 to March 2016,96 cases of male patients with schizophrenia psychiatric in our hospital were selected as objects,according to the different treatment methods,the selected patients were divided into control group and observation group,There were 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Aripiprazole,and the observation group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang Pills on the basis of the treatment of the control group,and the course of treatment was 2 months.The clinical effect of the two groups and the effects on sexual function after treatment were compared,and the adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded.ResultsAfter treatment,observation group PANSS total score [(46.2±16.7)points]were significantly lower in control group[(58.9±15.6)points,]the total score of ASEX [(12.9±6.8)points]was significantly lower in control group[(20.7±6.4)points]and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total efficiency of the observation group 93.75%(45/48)was significantly higher than the control group 77.08%(37/48)and the total effective comparison of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions was 16.67%(8/48),the control group adverse reaction rate was 10.42%(5/48),There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionLiuwei Dihuang Pills combined with Aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia patients can significantly improve the treatment effect,improve sexual dysfunction,and less adverse drug reactions,it is worthy of clinical application.
