神经导航钻孔引流联合尿激酶治疗基底节脑出血的效果分析

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the effect of a combination of neuronavigation-assisted minimally invasive operation and Urokinase on the treatment of hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage.MethodsA retrospective analysis was performed by including 36 patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage that were treated by Urokinase following neuronavigation-assisted minimally invasive operation from January 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital.Surgical results,procedure-related complications and clinical outcomes were evaluated subsequently.ResultsA total of 36 patients were enrolled in the study,2 patients died of respiratory failure(two patients)and 1 patient died of heart disease.In addition,5 patients occurred surgical complications,including 1 case of ectopic drainage,2 cases of rebleeding into a hematoma cavity,1 case of hemorrhage in puncture tract,and 1 case of intracranial pneumatocele.Incorporated patients were followed up for 3 months,22 patients achieved better treatment results (Glasgow outcome scale score＞3 scores).ConclusionNeuronavigation-assisted minimally invasive operation and subsequent fibrinolysis using Urokinase is a simple,safe and effective procedure for the treatment of hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage.
