Abstract ObjectiveTo analyze the delivery room's effect of early nursing intervention on postpartum urinary retention.Methods70 women who gave birth in our hospital from February 2015 to May 2016 were selected as survey subjects,and the digital table method was randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.the control group receivedroutine care,the observation group received early care in the delivery room,two groups of postpartum urinary retention were analyzed,first urination time,catheterization rate and so on.ResultsThe incidence of postpartum urinary retention in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The catheterization rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The first urination time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionProduction room early nursing intervention application effect is remarkable,help to reduce the incidence of postpartum urinary retention,the shortening of postpartum micturition time is worth applying.
