儿童早期预警评分联合SBAR交班在儿科病房的临床应用

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of early warning score for children combined with SBAR shift in hospitalized children of pediatric ward.Methods120 pediatric patients in line with standards and hospitalized in pediatric ward of our hospital from June 2016 to May 2017 were selected.According to the order of admission to the hospital,they were divided into the study group (n＝60,given regular diagnosis treatment+early warning score for children+SBAR shift exchange)and control group(only regular treatment)in random.The hospital stay,the occurrence of shift exchange problems,and the family satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Fifty doctors were randomly investigated during the intervention of the two groups for their job satisfaction degree in pediatric department.ResultsIn the study group,the family satisfaction degree and doctor′s satisfaction degree was 98.3%,96.0%respectively,which was higher than that of the control group (86.7%,80.0%respectively,which were displayed statistical differences(P＜0.05).In the study group,the hospital stay was shorter in comparison with that in the control group with a statistical difference (P＜0.05).The incidence of shift exchange problems in the study group was lower than that in the control group with a statistical difference(P＜0.05).In the study group,the non-planned occupancy rate of PICU,the rate of discharging without medical advice,and mortality were all lower than those in the control group,which were displayed statistical differences (P＜0.05).ConclusionIn the management of pediatric wards,application of early warning score for children combined with SBAR shift mode can improve family and doctor satisfaction degree,shorten the hospital stay,reduce the occurrence of shift problems,and control non-planned PICU rate,the rate of discharging without medical advice,and mortality,which is worthy of further study and promotion.
