不同剂量布地奈德混悬液吸入治疗小儿哮喘急性发作的临床效果

Abstract Objective To analyze the clinical effect of different doses of Budesonide Suspension in the treatment of children with acute asthma attack.Methods A total of 86 children admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to August 2016 were selected as subjects for the study.All the children were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,43 cases in each group.The children in control group were given inhalation of low doses of Nebulized Budesonide.The children in study group were given large doses of Nebulized Budesonide treatment,and on those basis,the children of two groups were given atomization inhalation of Terbutaline Sulfate Solution.The clinical efficacy and clinical symptoms of the two groups were observed and compared.Results In the study group,19 cases were significant effective,22 cases were effective,2 cases ineffective,the total efficiency (95.35%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.1%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The clinical symptoms disappear time of cough,wheezing,breathing difficulty and wheezing sound of children in the study group were significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion High dose of 1 mg of Budesonide in the treatment of children with acute asthma has significant curative effect,worthy of clinical popularization.
