分经辨证取穴与常规取穴针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of differentiation and selection of acupoints and regular acupoints in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis.Methods 94 nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients from January 2016 to February 2017 in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,and each group was 47 cases.The control group was used regular acupoints,and the observation group was used differentiation and selection of acupoints.The clinical effect,symptoms and pain in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical total effective rate and symptom improvement score in the observation group was respectively 93.62%and (15.48±3.05)points,which was obvious higher than that in the control group[78.72%and(13.25±3.14)points]respectively;the pain score in the observation group was(2.51±1.02)points,which was lower than that in the control group[(3.47±1.06)points],with significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with regular acupoints,differentiation and selection of acupoints can improve the treatment effect of nerve root type cervical spondylosis,alleviate the pain degree of patients and it is worthy of clinical application.
